Chattisgarh, 24 November 2025 – Roadwe, a digital platform for Indian truck fleets, today welcomed the National Highways Authority of India’s move to invite bids for 52 highway projects in FY 2025–26, spanning 2,188 km and involving an estimated capital expenditure of about ₹1.15 lakh crore.
These projects form part of a broader national push to award and construct 10,000 km of highways in 2025–26, strengthening key freight corridors and reducing travel time for long-haul and regional trucking alike. NHAI has also begun publishing detailed project data online – including length, mode of implementation (BOT, HAM, EPC), capital cost and clearance status – to improve transparency and support smoother, faster bidding.
“For truckers and fleet owners, every new kilometre of high-quality highway is an opportunity to run more trips, cut idle time and offer more reliable delivery windows,” a Roadwe spokesperson said. “But to actually capture this value, fleets will need real-time GPS visibility and paperless documentation across routes.”
Roadwe’s app supports fleets of all sizes with live GPS tracking, paperless bilty and trip management, helping them stay compliant and efficient as India’s highway network expands. Fleet owners who want to be ready for upcoming corridors and higher service expectations can start digitising their trips with Roadwe today.
